GoLive CS2 Set Margins Tutorial
This tutorial is designed for the beginner to web design, When you create a website, sometimes you don't want the page to "hug" the sides of the browser, to change this you will want to set your margins to acheive the desired effect.
First create a new HTML page, or open the page you would like to set margins for.

Once you have your HTML page open, go into layout view and navigate to the top right side of your page, click on the show page properties icon.
When you click on the "show page properties" icon your inspector window will change to look like this:
Now, if you page does not contain anything, you won't notice what the margins do, so go ahead and add a css layout box from your basic objects if you HTML page is blank.
Ok, so now that there is something on your page, go ahead and type some numbers in the "Margin Width" and "Margin Height" input boxes. Experiment a bit and see what you like best, you can always set them to 0 so don't worry about messing up your page.
