First, Start up your version of Adobe GoLive CS2, and open the page that contains the text you wish to make a link, or create a new page. Now that all of the necessary window are open, navigate to the basic objects in your objects window and drag and drop a text box onto your page (if your already have the text on your page, skip ahead).
Re-Size your text box to the desired size, click on it so that the cursor appears inside the box, then type some text into it. After you have typed in your text, click after it with your mouse, then highlight the text.
